Boardwalk Suites Lafayette
Boardwalk Suites Lafayette is a 160 unit economy hotel that came with 8,000 square feet of retail in a great location. We purchased this asset for $2,300,000 and plan to invest $2,000,000 into capital improvements. The projected value in 3 years exceeds $10,000,000.
